My name is Mitch Stephen and this is my World Ventures story.

When I first started with World Ventures, I got in just for the travel benefits. I take at least two vacations a year and it was crystal clear to me that I’d get all my monies worth given the tremendous values offered in the Dream Trips package. So, I paid my $400 and for months and months I just paid my $40 dues. Like everyone I know, I too am a very busy person. I have five real estate related companies and I was struggling to meet deadlines of my soon to be released book, My Life & 1000 Houses.” (Yes, I’ve purchased over 1,000 houses). I was so busy I never considered the business side World Ventures. Besides, I was already financially set.

Then one day my sponsor, Mike Walloch, called and asked me if I noticed how big my team had grown. I asked “What team?…I don’t have a team.” Mike suggested I look at my website. To which I replied, “What website?” Mike laughed and remembered, “Oh yeah, we didn’t have a website when you signed up.” After I got set up on my computer Mike directed me to my genealogy page and there it was. Mike had helped me get just two team members and from that a lot had happened. The right side of my binary pay system had grown to 132 people. I thought, “Wow, that’s a lot of people…why haven’t I seen a check?”

Mike re-explained to me that I’d only get paid for what was balanced right and left and that if I’d put some people in on my left, I’d start getting some of those checks he’d talked about. Furthermore, he explained, “There’s been a new incentive put in place that I think you’ll want to take advantage of.” The incentive was this: If you introduce 6 people directly into World Ventures, not only will you make $600 ($100 each) but you’ll also be relieved from paying the $40 monthly dues – for life! With that new understanding I set out to get 4 new team members. I thought I’d have to talk to 15 people to get 4 onboard but instead I talked to 12 and picked up 9 new team members. The business has very little resistance as far as I’m concerned. Apparently that was enough to tip the scales of fortune in my direction.

Though I’d only helped 9 people get involved, my business blossomed into 235 members. I hit the Director position in just five weeks of working at the business. Truth is, I simply couldn’t stop it. The friends I’d introduced all thanked me for the great opportunity I am very proud of their success as well. I was on fire with World Ventures and everything the company has to offer. My first residual check for the work I’ve already done will arrive on August 15th, 2008. My wife, Tommi, is completely onboard and my daughter, Shannon is in with both feet as well. We are working together as a family towards her financial independence. The way I see it, her family definitely have to become financial free…because Tommi and I want to vacation with them and our grand baby, Alexis!

Remember when I mentioned I was already financially set? I realized something about my new found business I hadn’t contemplated early on when Mike first introduced me to the business. My real estate business has been great but it has a lot of moving parts and it can be very, very time and liability intensive.
