Gabe Shirey

Gabe Shirey is an ambitious driven leader. Right out of college he was hired by one of the largest Las Vegas Casino's as a host to the high rollers. It is here that he developed a passion for the finer things in life and a knack for owning his own business. After almost two years serving others he decided to go into business for himself and started his own real estate company. Month after month he would work hard for big checks and soon realized that in order to procure another check, he would need to sell, purchase or build another home. He again realized that he was trading hours for dollars and needed to get out of the rat race.

It was soon after that when he was introduced to World Ventures in a hotel lobby by Kari and Lisha Schneider a.k.a. "The Twins". He was reluctant at first to try his hand at network marketing again because he had failed once before due to the company not training beginners in the industry. Gabe always felt that network marketing was the greatest industry around and admired all those that made it work but didn't have the slightest clue on how to do it for himself. After hearing Marc Accetta, the Director of Training for World Ventures, he saw an immediate way out of the rat race. Even though he was earning a large 6 figure income running real estate seminars, he still knew that total time and financial freedom could only be possessed by a passive residual income.

Gabe quickly realized that in order to get others to succeed in network marketing they needed to be trained as well. He began dragging a few friends to the Acceleration Trainings each month and each time he did his team grew a little more. Gabe began to notice that not only was his team growing, but he himself began to grow. After attending several Acceleration Trainings and a week with Marc Accetta in Palm Springs California at an event called Journey, Gabe decided it was time to make some major changes to his life. Marc taught him that he needed to get his life in order so that great things could happen to him. Gabe, for the first time in his life, began to make goals reading them every morning when he arose and nightly before bed. He started to notice that miraculous changes were happening to him because he was now more focused on the important things in life one of them becoming physically fit and he lost 40 pounds in 90 days. Still with only an hour or two to spare each day he began to build his World Ventures business and within 8 months reached the position of Director within the company. For the first time in his life he saw residual income, money that would come whether he worked or not. Seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, Gabe worked hard on his World Ventures business so he could leave his full time job. In September '08 he decided to go full time with World Ventures as hasn't looked back.

With the world as his office, he decided to move from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City Utah, where he previously attended college. With the help of The Twins, Matthew Nestler, David Baird, Sam Aston and Mindy Allen, Gabe and his team are taking charge in Utah, having very successful weekly meetings, Super Saturdays and plan on having an Acceleration Training in Utah in 2009! Gabe gives all the credit to The Twins for signing him up, Marc Accetta and the Acceleration Training's and of course to his hard working team members.

"To those wanting complete financial and time freedom, my advice would be first to discover why you want it and then never take your eye off the prize. Go to every Acceleration Training even if you don't have the money, plug into your leaders phone calls and above all take action. When you don't feel like working, work, and then you will. Everything is obtainable with the proper mindset, excitement and complete dedication." Gabe's white board in his office always reads, "Work hard now so you can play forever later!"

Gabe feels blessed everyday to have been introduced to World Ventures and to his team members and his goal is to have everyone on his team truly know what they posses both as a person and a member of World Ventures.
