Kathryn Arnold

Hi, my name is Kathryn Arnold,. and my eclectic career has straddled the corporate and entrepreneurial arenas allowing me to thrive in both creative and business environments.  A native of Los Angeles, I have traveled extensively with my family and friends, attended the Univeristy of Boulder and UCLA and lived in Paris where I attended the University of Paris and studied Film and Television. Returning to Los Angeles, I entered the entertainment industry, and have been an executive, a producer and director with over 6 feature films to my credit - one of the highlights being the documentary on the iconic band Earth, Wind & Fire.  (All funk fans can find the film on Amazon.com  "Shining Stars: The Official Story of Earth Wind & Fire!")

Loving the film industry, but understanding the volatile nature of it, I was looking for something that would stop the financial "roller coaster." Introduced to World Ventures by my good friend Martin Ruof, I saw it as a great way to save money on travel.  I was however, keeping an eye on Martin, who was traveling the world and making a ton of money!  So one day, Martin picked me up and took me to a Super Saturday..where I got to see Wayne Nugent, Robert Oblon, Ray Vidrio and Martin in action....my first training....and my first step to building a team. I then attended an Acceleration Training and "I got" what WV is all about...that is where the creation of my business started. Marc Accetta's superb training, and the passion for the business I saw in the leaders like Byron Schrag, Dave and Yvette Ulloa, Dave Watson, Jeff Both, and so many others...blew me away...

One month later I was 30-30 and then I met Eden Alpert. Eden loved World Ventures from the get go, and we created our weekly Monday night events which are still going strong. It was in creating this Monday night, my partnership with Eden, and the extraordinary mentorship and collaboration with Martin, Charles Vest, Roger Yack and Tana Sappington that I began to understand the concept of Team and of Consistency. It is with consistency and training, that got me to director in 6 months from my first Acceleration.  At this point I knew I had found a home... a company that truly respects and appreciates people for the work that they do...This is IMPOSSIBLE to find in corporate America. It is why we have the culture that we do and why we are all so passionate about this business.

I have made extraordinary new friends from across the country, found a skill set and talents within myself which I would never have found if not for World Ventures, and am working together with my fantastic team to build an international organization of people traveling the world and empowering others to do the same. My goal is to find within each person their true source of power and inspire them to reach for the stars and obtain their wildest dreams.  I am excited to be on this journey with my husband Marc, who is an actor by profession and now a writer/director, and our two dogs Pablo and Dakota, in our beautiful home in Hollywood, CA.
